Dishonored remains one of the best stealth games of the last generation. The main story along with the inclusion of all of the add-ons can offer up to 30 hours of utterly satisfying gameplay. Combined with the improved visuals, the city of Dunwall deserves everyone’s attention.
From a great game you can only have a great remaster. Dishonored has never looked this good on consoles and this remaster is just mandatory for anyone who hasn't yet played this masterpiece, although it doesn't have anything new.

It effortlessly switches from tense stealth to tactical but speedy combat, managing to put most games in both genres to shame in the process.
While the Definitive Edition doesn't particularly bring anything new to the table, nor does it enhance the original game as much as other titles that made the jump from last-to-current-gen, Dishonored luckily has a great foundation that helped ease this transition.
Dishonored: Definitive Edition is a game that should definitely be on your bucket list if you missed it on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, but it might as well be called a Collector's Edition if you've already been on this journey before.
I regret not having played Dishonored when it originally came out, because the Definitive Edition looks like time has been standing still for the last three years, at least when the PS4 version (which does not offer 60 fps, by the way) is concerned. [11/2015, p.52]
I liked the original Dishonored version and I'm very exiting for the new title: Dishonored 2. But Dishonored: Definitive Edition is a complete disaster with low frame-rates and bad graphics. You may skip this one.
My favorite game is now on Playstation 4! Normal graphics, a good story and just divine gameplay, which has incredible variability, so also all the dlc! Unfortunately, compared to the previous generation of consoles, Dishonored looks so-so, but the visual style and gameplay make this game the best immersive sim.

Если говорить о порте, тогда никаких придирок. Всё выполнено очень качественно и с любовью (хотя могли и подвезти 60 фпс). Моя оценка скорее касается самой игры. Возможно со мной что-то не так, но последние миссии я просто спидранил. Атмосфера у игры замечательная, интересно каждый раз по-новому проходить уровни, тобишь свой жанр она выполняет на все 100. Но, к сожалению, мне не удалось проникнуться сюжетом и полюбить его. У игры слишком рваные убийства, слишком рваная концовка, но иногда ей удавалось меня удивить. Всем советую её опробовать, но меня она не заставила задуматься о покупке второй части :(

Dishonored definitive edition bring a good experience with a good combat gun style, but with more time in playing it becomes a little bit boring, but overall it is a fun and great story telling style and stealth option to pick to end the game in a fashionable way.

There really are no excuses for this 30FPS port.
Presented as the 'Definitive Edition' of the game, the only thing 'Definitive' is the fact it includes all of the DLC. Note, this review reflects this version of the game.
It barely runs better than the last generation versions on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, and doesn't even match the original version on PC at max settings. As well as not looking as good as it should, it runs at 30fps and drops below that at times. There are audio issues prevalent when viewing cut-scenes and other minor technical issues.
With this in mind, my PC that would be good in 2010 (but below average by today's standards) can run this game at maxed settings at 1080p and 60fps. (GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz.) This hardware is much weaker than the PS4's hardware - so why does it succeed where the PS4 doesn't? It is simply because of a lazy port, there is no other reason. Do not support this new trend of remastering last generation games that don't run as well as they should.
The game itself is great. Get it on PC because your PC could probably run it better than your PS4.

I do not support this lazy, greedy business practice. The purpose of a remaster is to give players a version that makes use of the better technology that's in the better system, NOT copy & paste what was already done, give it a misleading title, and slap it in stores. That's what I call a dishonor! It wouldn't be as bad if the title was something else not meaning superior, but it is. It's pretty much the GOTY edition for current-gen systems with some better textures, that's all. Same sub-HD resolution and a capped 30 fps with frequent inconsistencies. Stay far away. Don't support this poor business practice. Get the PC version if you want the real definitive experience. The game itself is amazing despite the system it's played on. I was gonna rate it "0" but gave it "1" because at least non-last-gen or PC owners have an option to play Dishonored.
