A masterly remastering of the LucasArts classic. If you haven’t yet contended with Earth’s vilest extremity, it’s time to finally embrace the Day of the Tentacle.
Day of the Tentacle is a classic, but not in the old musty way where you brush off a copy of some old SNES game and realize it isn’t as good as you remember. This is still one of the finest point-and-clicks ever made, with a witty story and some brain-bending puzzles. Also, a hell of a lot of dumb puns...As with Grim Fandango, the big news is that Day of the Tentacle’s on sale at all. The fact that Double Fine’s put in so much work as caretaker to bring it up to modern—or at least mostly modern—standards? Even better.

I play it with pixels. Not personally a fan of the new art style but clearly it is popular.
Possibly the best 'point and click' game ever made.
Hilarious, good and interesting puzzles, Time travel. All you could want. I've played it repeatedly over the years. Could not recommend more.

A great game and a top quality remaster, consider it a must-have.
With 15 euros you'll have on your PC, PlayStation 4 or PS Vita a piece of gaming history as best you could hope with new graphics, unreleased extras and a well made new interface.
Day of the Tentacle remastered is an excellent way to feed your 90s soul with good, nonsensical fun.
Double Fine has once again taken one of their fantastic games and given it some nice additions along with some improved presentation.
Day of the Tentacle Remastered is in every way a reminder of where the adventure genre was in the early 90’s. It has a pretty shallow story, badly written dialogue and underdeveloped characters. Surely the remastered will probably make fans of the original happy, but for anyone else this is more a proof of how much story telling and puzzle design has progressed since.
I have exchanged this game on a few diskettes in rar format with some buddies on high school back in the day. It has a very dear place in my heart as it was the first Lucas Arts game I played, followed by many other adventure games bu the company.
Seeing this title being Remasted is a dream come true! They have done such a great job and all the extra's that have been digitalized are a big addiont the the already cool content you get for a bargain of a price.
There must be no one who doesn't like Lucas Arts game being Remastered, and I have read countless
forums of people who ask for the Classic to be Remastered! I say bring it on and charge 30 dollar instead of 15 dollars, but for the sake of adventure genre, this needs to be done.

Day of the Tentacle is a graphic adventure game developed and published by LucasArts. Una buena remasterización para todo un clásico de la época dorada de LucasArts. Personajes carismáticos, gráficos dibujados a mano, voces simpáticas, y un sistema de inventario cómodo de utilizar.
Pero su historia, quizá la parte más importante, no me ha conseguido enganchar. Si hubiera sido solo un poquito mejor, le habría dado una mejor puntuación. Eso sí, si te gustó el juego original no puedes dejar de jugarlo.

Well this game was always quite overrated... Back in the day it was already kinda meh, but 15€ for a game that was released on 1993? Just because of a poor lazy remaster? This is definetely not worth it, the puzzles are not intuitive at all, you know it's ok if the puzzles are hard, but they have to make sense, and they do not make sense in this game. Bad characters, lazy comedy... If you play this because you loved Monkey Island and you think this will be as good, JUST DON'T.

Простая история, пару забавных моментов за всю игру, множество нелогичных задачек с раздражающим перебором инвентаря (три управляемых персонажа, между которыми нужно передавать предметы) и одно место действия. Представили уровень бэктрекинга? А теперь еще представьте арт в духе укуренного никелодиона. Культовость этого квеста очень сомнительна.
