This movie was so good! I can’t believe how much it made me think and appreciate life. it’s talking about life’s greatest question.

A repetitive slog that’s only shape or narrative momentum comes from its slow unmasking as religious propaganda.
America has long had its wildest forms of fantasy and comfort fueled by promises about things that are not of this world. Stuff we can’t confirm until we die. An afterlife, the pearly gates. After Death follows this tradition, with a cadre of talking heads who had incredibly traumatic physical instances that are bundled here as Near-Death Experiences that prove the existence of God and Heaven.
A riveting blend of the near-death experiences of more than a dozen witnesses and scientists, recounting many of the commonalities in such reports as it addresses one of the biggest spiritual questions of Life -- "is this all there is?" The answer is a clear no. I look forward to rewatching to learn even more. I also plan to read some of the books referenced. The weaknesses are on-screen patterns that don't mean anything plus some confusion as to who is talking. Nonetheless, because of the crucial subject matter, I wholeheartedly recommend it for the whole family!

I think this film is causing a disruption in the industry that needs to be done because this documentary talks about a subject matter that we have all questioned at one point in our lives! I think this film can be healing for people that are going through loss, an eye opener for people to live, shift the way they view life . After Death was beautifully created, definitely recommend!
